elwinfortuna and I are hosting a book club session on drabbles on the SWG Discord on the weekend of Saturday and Sunday the 5th and 6th of September.
This session is intended for drabbles drawing on Silmarillion content, although they can be set in any era, and specifically for fixed-length drabbles (100 words) and short drabble sequences up to a quintuple drabble.
SWG book club sessions are fun events, which generate a lot of positive discussion of your submissions!
All welcome! If you would like to take part in the drabble session and are not sure whether your drabble is eligible, are not yet on the SWG Discord and have problems joining, or have any other questions, please ask.
The sign-up form for the drabble club session is to be found in the fanfiction book club session channel of the SWG Discord or here.
Invites to the SWG Discord can be obtained by mailing moderator at silmarillionwritersguild.org. (I believe I can also issue a personal invite that has to be used within one day, so let me know, if you want me to do that.)

The invites I can offer for the Discord expire after one day and are directed to the read-me-first channel, I think.
I may be able to directly link to the sign-up form.
I guess I should explain that in the post itself!

And I think they are not the only ones.
There used to be a more permanent link at the SWG Archive homepage, but it got taken down.
