He had seen many rising suns in his time. Each one brought renewed hopes, fresh thoughts, and concerns that still gnawed at the back of his mind but which, in the wash of the golden light of a brand new day, the old man paid no heed, even if the Wizard in him thought he might. As it was, he stood now, watching as the odd assortment with the thief made their way about setting up for breakfast. It was odd what the efforts of one little man could change for so many more hardened souls. Gandalf smiled, stomach rumbling.
