His Rosie thought he had wasted a year, but he was busy tending to his Master, tending to the Shire. He also thought that he was productive in his own right.
So when Frodo asked him to move in with him, he was doubly embarrassed.
“Is it alright that we all live together?” Sam asked with his face red.
“Of course, if it’s alright by Rosie,” replied Frodo enthusiastically.
When Sam shared the news with Rosie, she immediately replied yes; they set a date to wed the same year.
“No more wasting time, Sam!”
“No, of course not, my dearest.”
