Author Notes: My first attempt at a drabble.

Estella loathed spending time with her female cousins. Sitting and chatting didn't interest her. More often she was found playing outside with the boys. During a day of contests, it surprised them to find that Estella was superior to them in almost everything, including throwing punches. They avoided making her angry after this—-she had a short fuse and being hit by Estella was not enjoyable in the least.

On the first day she wore breeches under her skirt, Meriadoc Brandybuck foolishly laughed at her. None of the other boys envied him when she punched him square in the face.
